IT WAS SENT TO THE SERVICE BAY FOR MY ROUTINE MAINTANENCE. YOU ARE GIVEN A REPORT OF ALL SERVICES WITH A GRAPHIC LAYOUT, COMPLETED, INCLUDING ALL COMPUTER UPDATES. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. JUST REMEMBER, YOU WILL NOT GET TO CHOOSE THE OIL OR, FILTER THEY PUT IN. YOU WILL GET THE STANDARD MOPAR OIL AND FILTERS AS PRESCRIBED BY THE FACTORY. Consistently Excellent Experience at David Dodge I have been driving Jeep Cherokee Laredos for about 25 years and easily over 600K miles. Over that period I have received both routine maintenance and I have been driving Jeep Cherokee Laredos for about 25 years and easily over 600K miles. Over that period I have received both routine maintenance and repair services from 7 Jeep dealers. The service received at David would be one of the top two. The other was Baker Jeep and they closed over 10 years ago. My biggest issue with the other Jeep dealers were attempts to sell you services your car did not need or lack of consideration in diagnosing and completing repairs. My most recent visit was typical and was evidenced by timely service, respect for your time, honest evaluation of what your car needs fixed, and identification of issues you might not be aware of. Dana Viola is as good a Service Associate that I have ever come across in 25 years. Bob Mistichelli determined I did not need brakes at this time (where other dealers would just replace them early) and also identified an issue covered by warranty which could have developed into something more serious. The staff at David consistently exceed expectations! More

Poor desk service in Service area Had my Jeep in for recall service, was called that it was ready. Was dropped off there before going to dinner with family to celebrate a birthday. C Had my Jeep in for recall service, was called that it was ready. Was dropped off there before going to dinner with family to celebrate a birthday. Clerk behind counter took name said everything was good and the jeep would be brought around front in five minutes, after 15 minutes I came in looking for my Jeep again and was told they couldn't find in. Took another 10 minutes to locate it. Doesn't say much when an auto dealer can't find a car that was worked on that day in the parking lot. More

Per usual, we departed David Dodge service department with a feeling of confidence that our vehicle was safe and ready to make the trip. We are extremely pleased to have found David Dodge and to be able to recommend them to friends and family. Everyone on the service team has been wonderful to deal with. When I contact the leasing company, they would not budge 1 inch off the buyout price in the lease which was over 2000.00 over the prices I had seen while researching. I contacted the original dealer that I leased from and asked if they could purchase the vehicle and then sell it to me at a more competitive price. The answer was a flat NO. I contacted David, made an appointment to come in to talk about my options and low and behold, they rolled out the red carpet and in less than 30 minutes we had the deal done. They did purchase the vehicle and resold it to me at a very fair and competitive price. It was a WIN WIN. They went the extra mile and for that reason, as David himself says.".He always was my dealer...I just didn't know it" More

Jerry in sales great. One more issue and I will file under the lemon law. Two times they blamed the software when in fact the TCM needed replaced. The ECM came on, the brake light came on, every time I stopped car turned off and said turn brake off. I have always bought my car from DAVID dodge as well as many family and friends but I can't say I would refer anyone at this point. More
