It was only Upon arrival at David that I realized there was more than price it was about the experience which only got better. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and there was no hidden cost or fees. Being that I did most of my negotiations via email and phone I was nervous there would be some details missed but there wasn't. This place gives you the very best price right up front and doesn't add anything at the closing table. A different way to buy a car which is much appreciated in the world of car buying. Quickest purchase experience ever I walked in at 5 o'clock on a Saturday, an hour before closing and walked out within an hour. Brad the salesman was perfect. No "hovering" over me as I walked around the lot. This is the 3rd Jeep Wrangler I bought at David and I also referred a friend who I also believe will be coming back in the future. Brad knew how much of a hurry I was in and finished everything quicker then I've ever experienced and am very satisfied with my new Jeep. I also came back a couple days later to get the DuPont coating put on. I was given a loaner vehicle for 24 hours which was also done flawlessly. More

Excellent buying experience Sales person Ed was easy to work with. He tried to find the vehicle I wanted, but was unsuccessful. We worked out a great deal on an in stock one that Sales person Ed was easy to work with. He tried to find the vehicle I wanted, but was unsuccessful. Great sales, sucky service I bought a used Dodge Ram pickup truck here a few months back, and the salesman (Jason) was great to deal with. However, I needed to get a few things I bought a used Dodge Ram pickup truck here a few months back, and the salesman (Jason) was great to deal with. However, I needed to get a few things fixed before the warranty expired so I dropped my truck off with the promise that it would be done in 2 days. Well, 2 days later I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called to ask why. Some snotty little brat service person said the truck still hadn't been looked at. When I asked him why, he didn't say anything...his silence on the other end was so long that I thought he had hung up. When he did come back on, he told me that my truck hadn't even been looked at yet. So I gave him an earful and told him that I'd be up to pick up my truck anyway because I need it for work. I get up there and the guy I spoke to was nowhere to be found. Another guy helped me and said my truck was done, and that whoever I spoke to didn't know what they were talking about. So they go get my truck just to find out that one of the things they were supposed to fix wasn't even fixed. Instead of taking it back, I'll pay for it myself. It's like a bunch of children running things in the service department. More

State Inspection Went in for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Failed the state inspection because I needed new tires. Was charged at that visit for a Went in for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Failed the state inspection because I needed new tires. Was charged at that visit for a tire rotation even though they did not rotate the tires because I was going to get new ones a week later. I was told at that visit that I would get a credit for the rotation next week when I came back. Went back a week later for four new tires. Was told the visit would take approximately 2 hours. Visit took 3:45 hours. Service manager did not note that I was due a tire rotation credit, luckily I had the receipt from the week before that had the credit written on it. I was given the credit. Unfortunately, after passing inspection with the new tires, the stickers were not changed on the windshield. So I went back the next day to get the stickers and a different service advisor told me it will be another 45 minutes because they had to run the car through inspection again. I left at that point because of my frustration and that I did not have another 45 minutes to wait. I will be going back today to get my inspection stickers. I have spoken to my service advisor, and he assures me that I will be there for 5 or 10 minutes to have the stickers switched. We shall see. I have been to David Dodge service many times, and this was an isolated incident, but it has been a frustrating one. More
