I was clear that I didn't necessarily want to make any decisions in our visit, and never once did I feel pressured. Kristin introduced my husband and I to Sharif, who is the ultimate example of professionalism, product expertise and customer service. He gave us a thorough tour of the dealership (which is immaculate), allowed us to test drive a few vehicles, answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Two hours after we walked in, we had our brand new Jeep (perfectly cleaned and detailed by the Service Dept), and that's only because we felt comfortable and informed enough to move forward - AND because Sharif did a great job in finding us a payment plan that fit our needs.
