Good experience I went in to dealership to just look at the ram 1500 longhorn, I have been a ford guy all my life and the ram peeked my curiosity. John Krieger did I went in to dealership to just look at the ram 1500 longhorn, I have been a ford guy all my life and the ram peeked my curiosity. John Krieger did a great job explaining the vehicle and showed us all its features. I was convinced that this truck is nice and i would very much consider it but not thinking i was going to walk out with it that night. I am very happy with it and very much like all the features. One thing i wish i would of done was look at one more vehicle at there dealership. I think i would of considered the limited if i was giving a chance. More

Update tow package , I dealt with the parts department ordered the towing module, was told two hours to install, I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours well done . My only wish was that I knew of the towing package prior to purchasing the truck I did not know it didn’t exist, if I would’ve known that I would’ve asked for to be installed before purchase so I could put the cost into the truck and not have to have more money out of pocket . Best dealership in the area Sales staff is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and easy to negotiate with. Finance department is quick and efficient. Service department is well trained, thorough and diligent about their job. The showroom is spacious and clean. They have a snack bar with complimentary snacks and beverages while you are waiting. I do think they need more space on the outside lot to maneuver vehicles around. More
