Low moral from staff and poor customer service. This place has a high turnover rate which leaves leaving to fend for themselves. They do not fully communicate the services provided to the customers. This place has a high turnover rate which leaves leaving to fend for themselves. They do not fully communicate the services provided to the customers. They assume you know; as if everyone knows everything about cars. If they are trying to sell you a high ticket item/ service, they present as very assuring. The affirm that the technician is well experienced and is a veteran in the field. When you ask clarifying questions, they flag you by saying the “person who did the work is not there” or that “you can book an appointment” (weeks later). When you go to service your car and express that you have a concern that could cause damage to your car, they tell you that only have time to carry out your service and you should “make an appointment” for your vehicle to be checked approximately 2-3 weeks later. They are understaff, have poor management and the employees are overworked with low moral. It is so evident and the customers suffers. I have suffered. I started to take my vehicle elsewhere for maintenance and I love it. I would love to go to the dealership closer to my home but I highly dislike the treatment I receive here. More

In and out in less than an hour for an oil change! I scheduled an oil change over Christmas break and they got me in fairly quickly and I was out in less than an hour.
