Good experience with people, but problem not fully fixed One of the repairs that was completed did not fix the problem (gas tank back spilling when filled with gasoline). Letter Will Be Sent To David Kelleher There was an issue regarding the billing for the oil change. I had a Mopar email stating I had 3 oil changes. covered by my Service Agreement. .Staff There was an issue regarding the billing for the oil change. I had a Mopar email stating I had 3 oil changes. covered by my Service Agreement. .Staff at Service Department stated they could not confirm but would research. I paid full amount. Now two weeks have gone by and have heard nothing from David’s Service Department. Obviously out of sight, out of mind. More
They have your back! You always learn more about a company in the difficult times, compared to when things are status quo. We leased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler December 2019 an You always learn more about a company in the difficult times, compared to when things are status quo. We leased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler December 2019 and were so excited. In about a week and a half, it was in service for making odd noises upon startup. Turns out the oil had metal filings in it. Translation- the brand new engine was breaking down from within. The service department (Mike Lando and his staff are excellent.) did everything they could and finally decided to open a case with Chrysler. Chrysler basically advised the staff at David Auto to have me wait as long as it takes to diagnose and fix the vehicle, or have me swap out for a lesser model. Mike McVeigh, Dave Kelleher (President) would not stand for this from corporate! They had my back 100% and in very little turn around time, had a brand new engine flown in from Detroit installed (They searched for an identical replacement but were unsuccessful- extremely limited edition.) in my Jeep. Refunds and service credits as well! Throughout the entire process Mike McVeigh communicated with me and supported my family every step of the way! Use this guy and go to David Auto in Glen Mills. You will not be sorry! More
