Not happy that I brought truck in for recalls and said I have a line of antifreeze leaking and so they charge me for a diagnostic.. I knew where it was leaking ... they didnt fix it thou . Car purchase Called ahead talked to salesman Mr. Wiebe told him I was coming in to look at the car. When I arrived he immediately handed me the keys told me and my wife to take it for a test drive. When we got back sat down he told us the asking price which I already knew and what they could sell me the car for. It was a great deal for the car as I had already looked around the internet and saw what other dealers was asking. From the time I drove on the lot and drove off the lot was less then a hour and half the fastest I was ever in and out of a dealer when buying a car. The whole time being treated with respect and appreciation for my business. If you are looking for a vehicle want to be treated like family and no pressure sales go to David Dodge and see Mr. Bob Wiebe. More

Not a positive experience Came in with engine trouble. First it was covered and I was given a rental car. Then it wasn’t and it cost me $650 just to get my car back. Mechanic lost parts I had to pay for and put greasy parts inside my vehicle, which now stinks like gear oil. Service wasn’t easy to get a hold of. My service advisor was always away or busy. Not the dealerships fault my car wasn’t covered by warranty. But given the fact that it wasn’t, there are things they could’ve done to help and they just didn’t. Won’t go back for sales or service. You either value customers or you don’t. More
The service was good and is always good. However, I was told that I am now on a service plan that requires me to pay money for tire rotation. I was previously part of the Jeep wave program which I thought told that I am now on a service plan that requires me to pay money for tire rotation. I was previously part of the Jeep wave program which I thought was what I was still enrolled in. Lastly, when my tires get rotated, they don’t rotate in the spare tire which if done, could extend the life of my tires. More

I wanted to let you know the experience was absolutely spectac Three weeks ago, my husband and I closed the deal on a lease for a 2020 Jeep Compass. I wanted to let you know the experience was absolutely spectacular! A little back-story: On the morning of December 29th, my Rav4 was stolen right out from in front of our house. Bold of them...I know. The following Thursday, it was found....extremely damaged, but found. Needless to say, that whole incident left us pretty shaken and very apprehensive about what the next steps would be. Thankfully with amazing insurance we had the whole case closed within the next week. Now onto the next car option. We knew were very interested in checking out David's through the recommendation of our friends. Also, based on their commercials and reputation in the community, we were VERY confident we would be taken care of at David Dodge. Gerald Distefano went above and beyond to help us get the right price for what turned out to be a car twice as nice with twice as many features as my Rav4. I LOVE my Compass!!!! I will feel more secure in it whenever the Winter decides to visit us and it will be a very safe car for my daughter. I want to simply say THANK YOU for the experience. We were pretty shell-shocked after everything that happened but the experience we had at David Dodge put us at ease and it was the perfect way to close out the chapter. Keep up the great work and we have been singing your praises to everyone that notices our new car! More
