Customer service was outstanding! They gave me a ride home while my vehicle was being repaired. Once my vehicle was fixed they picked me back up. Horrible Communication and felt like I was being ripped off I leased my Jeep through them and I was way under my mileage so I decided that purchasing my jeep was the best option for me. I spoke to a sales perso I leased my Jeep through them and I was way under my mileage so I decided that purchasing my jeep was the best option for me. I spoke to a sales person and he gave me his cell number and told me to send him the info for my vehicle and he would call back with financing options the next day. I won’t identify this associate because as frustrated as I am I don’t wish to threaten anyones job. I don’t hear from him and reach out to him multiple times and no response. Finally he tells me I can get my car certified before I purchase it which will extend my warranty. He said that the certification was basically just passing inspection and would only take about an hour. I asked him when I can come in to start this process and again he goes awol. I try to reach out to him 5-6 times over the next few weeks and I get no response so I call the dealership. The dealership just sends me to his voicemail and I never get a call back. It is a month since I tried to start this process. Finally someone is able to get me in contact with him and he tells me I can bring in my car the following Monday and he would lay out any costs prior to me coming in. Monday comes and I haven’t heard from him about the possible cost and he’s not responding to me. I call the service department and they tell me they didn’t think there would be any cost to me but would double check with my sales person before doing anything and we decide too wait until Tuesday to come in. Monday afternoon I text my sales person multiple times asking if there would be a cost and I get no response. I bring my car in on Tuesday and the service department again tells me they don’t think there will be a cost to me but will check with my sales associate before doing anything. Finally my sales associate calls me and tells me I need $900+ of work done to get it certified including all new tires. The tires only had 25,000 miles on them so I wasn’t sure I believed that. He says my tire treads are at 4/32” and they need to be at 6/32” to be certified .I check and it only has to be 4/32” so I question him on this and he wouldn’t look it up and just kept telling me he’s 100% sure he’s right and at this point he still hasn’t said that there would be a fee for certification on top of getting the work done. I am eventually told that the work will be $900+ and then the certification will be $1100. I’m taken off guard because that’s an extra $2000 and he made it seem like it just had to pass an inspection and I’d be good to go. He’s also trying to tell me that my payoff amount for my car is $20,000+ when the bank gave me an official letter saying my payoff was only $16,880. I question this and he says he’d look into it. A day goes by and I still haven’t heard from him and they still have my car so I tell him not do the work and I’ll come get my car and decide what I want to do because they are trying to make me pay thousands more then my actual payoff. He tells me I still have to pay for the safety inspection. They weren’t supposed to do anything at all without telling me what the cost was going to be. I contact a manager and explain the situation and he looked into it and told me I was completely right about my tires and my payoff amount and apologized and told me he would work on the financing and have my sales associate contact me and I can sign the paper work and pick up my car that afternoon. I check in multiple times that day with my associate and he keeps telling me that they were still working on it. They close for the day and still nothing and they still have my car but he promises me it would be ready first thing in the morning. On the third day I still haven’t heard anything by 10:30 so I contact him and he says he’s about to start working on it. I am fed up so I say that I’m on the way to the to get my car and figure out why the financing is such an issue. About 10 minute after that I get 5 different notifications about my credit score being pulled so obviously they hadn’t even started looking at financing I said I was coming in. Finally got it all worked out when I got there but it took so much time, effort, frustration, and not having my car for 3 days. Today I get a call from the service department telling me my car is ready and I can pick it up today and I owe $150 which is concerning since I picked up my car 2 days ago. Im curious shoes car they were planning on giving me. the only saving grace for the whole experience was the sales manager Chuck who was very helpful and on top of things and actually communicated with me. David Cooke personally delivered my vehicle to me at my place of work where we finalized all the paperwork. The process took less than 15 minutes. I’ve purchased at least 7 cars in my lifetime and this was the easiest deal I’ve ever made. No haggling or back and forth. A.J. Is a true professional and straight to the point. I’ll never go to another dealership again. Because of A.J and David professionalism this dealership has gained a lifetime customer. More
