In my experience the service department doesn’t read what you write down on the drop off service envelope. I believe they just put that computer on the Jeep and does what it says. Had to bring my car in for an oil leak which turned out to be residual oil from an oil change. Dealer is about 30 minutes away so I’ll have a total of 2 hours driving for what seems to be a sloppy oil chan to be residual oil from an oil change.
