I love this dealer & believe me when I say that I have had nothing but very good experiences with. I brought my car in for some repairs & again, while texting expectation was set that it would be an all day fix (several hours), it turned into 2+ days, almost 72 hours. I'm not upset with the wait, I am more irritated & annoyed at the lack of communication on the dealership part. More
