I have always been delighted by the respect and dignity with which I have been treated until this visit for service to my 2018 Dodge Challenger So I brought the rental car back and was standing at the co with which I have been treated until this visit for service to my 2018 Dodge Challenger So I brought the rental car back and was standing at the counter when the person behind the counter got the bill and said it would be $40 plus tax. I was very surprised because I thought what we were talking about would have been covered under warranty so I said what is the charge for? She asked Brian to come over and explain the charges to me. So Bryan proceeds to say that’s for installing the battery I said oh OK him and he said oh by the way you may get a bill from enterprise because I don’t think I can get the loaner car charged out under warranty because you replace the battery with an aftermarket battery. I said when were you going to tell me about that Brian he said well I’m telling you now while you’re picking up the car. I have felt a couple times during our interactions prior to the day I was picking the car up that he couldn’t be bothered with my car and my problems. I felt like I was an imposition to him. At first, I thought I was just being too sensitive. But after the last interaction today I am certain that is what I was feeling from him. I was very surprised by this because everybody from the service employees to the show room sales people to every time I’ve called him on the phone have been nothing but polite and bent over backwards making sure they did everything they possibly could for me. So I was kind of taken back when I had this experience with Brian. I am old enough to know and have learned many years ago that I am not the center of the universe however I felt this was handled very poorly by Brian. I still am not sure if I will get a bill from enterprise rental or not. There should be a record of Chrysler coming out twice once in September and another time after that and jumped my vehicle which and told me that the battery was bad so I got a new battery replaced at fire stone. Then the car died again and Chrysler came out and they said him that they didn’t understand it because the generator is is charging so they don’t know why the battery will go dead I took them took the car back to fire stone and they said the battery was fine so that was probably in October and then Christmas day this is the third time that the car has left me stranded. More
