Took my Pacifica in for service today. Arrived precisely at my scheduled time and the service rep was right there to greet me. Amazing! He explained what was goin g to happen and told me how long it would t at my scheduled time and the service rep was right there to greet me. Amazing! The dealership itself is fantastic: very clean and modern with a nice waiting area with drinks/snacks, but the entire experience was made worth it entirely by the staff, and I have to hand all credit to John Krieger for this. He was incredibly knowledgeable (and patient!) when it came to explaining the more subtle differences between JGC models, very personable and made the whole process of buying a new car as well as trading-in our current vehicle simple and seamless. John, if you see this, I will be recommending you personally as the guy to work with when any of our friends are in the market for a new car. Thank you again for taking such good care of us! More
