Overall process was smooth when working with Jason and johnathen. However we had scheduled an appointment to sign paperwork but still had to wait over an hour to complete this process I also felt the johnathen. However we had scheduled an appointment to sign paperwork but still had to wait over an hour to complete this process I also felt the cleanliness and condition could of been better.I found the rear view mirror to be cracked and rear defroster prongs to be broken off. Not sure how they were missed. The vehicle could of been detailed a lot better inside and out More
