Service is always awful in the service area. I’m not sure why I continue to go back but after today, I’m sure never to. I’ll go to another dealer. The only one that is always a pleasure to see is “Eric Jones”. All the others seem inconvenienced by you being there, and no smiles to maybe calm someone with car issues. Today I entered because my car was towed. After waiting around for a while (with other unhappy costumers waiting) they finally say “we can’t see your car for 24-48 hours”. What!? So I decide to pay for a rental out of my pocket cause I need a car in order to work. Yes, my choice… but I pull away with my rental and no sooner do I get home, Dodge calls to say my car is done. Umm… I just left your place! You told me 24-48 hours before it could even be seen! You watched me leave to get a rental and now not only do I have to pay for that rental, I’m now inconvenienced to get back in my vehicle to pick up my car that I just left a half hour ago. Loads of miscommunication in your service department. In the end the service rep made it right by crediting the rental. I will not name shame because everyone needs a job. It’s management’s fault. I’m due for a a new car and today solidified it will not be from here. More
