Service as expected. The cashier was not knowledgeable and when I brought my concern up to her before paying she said this is how we do it. I have a diesel vehicle and i The cashier was not knowledgeable and when I brought my concern up to her before paying she said this is how we do it. I have a diesel vehicle and in Pennsylvania diesel has no emission inspection but does get a safety inspection like the gasoline vehicles. I explained that diesel vehicles don’t have emissions inspection and don’t get charged for it. She told me “ this is how we do it”. I paid got my car and then pulled out my receipt from last year. About $40. This year over $90 so I said did the price double this year for inspection? She took both receipts and handed them off to someone more experienced. No I’m sorry or my mistake was said by the cashier. Now the second cashier made a copy of my receipt and said it’s already completed so they can not fix it today( Saturday) because the managers was not there. To recap I pointed out a problem with the invoice the cashier insisted the invoice was correct. I proved that invoice was incorrect and now you can not refund the credit card the same day but you can take the money the same day. I’m told it will be fixed on Monday and my card will be credited the correct amount and a call will be made to me. Same thing happened last year but when I mentioned it to the cashier the fixed it before making me pay. I’m not loud rude or pushy but when I ask if, and I did ask if it was correct, then by all means just push through and screw it up. Maybe the cashier would have been more concerned with getting it correct if I got to hold her money for a few days until they fixed up the problem they caused. I will be calling on Monday or maybe stopping by after work because I think I need an amended receipt from this experience where listening and attention to detail we’re not skills being used on Saturday. More
