The dealership itself I have no issues with the service department on another hand different story. After waiting weeks for a part to come in to fix a broken seatbelt, not only was the seatbelt broken and department on another hand different story. After waiting weeks for a part to come in to fix a broken seatbelt, not only was the seatbelt broken and the seat not able to be used for weeks, I was advised to put my seat down as I was told to do by someone in the service department. It caused a tear in my seat. The seatbelt was finally fixed, but the hole in my seat is still there, and no one is paying to get it fixed. It should not be my responsibility to fix the hole in the leather seat when I was advised by your worker to put the seat down where the metal was broken on the buuckle and sliced my seat open. So now my buckle is fixed but I still can’t use the seat because the hole in the seat will continue to get bigger, even though the seatbelt is now fixed More
