The service advisors at David Dodge (specifically Dan and Tyler) need significant training with respect to their customer handling skills. I have purchased several cars/trucks from David Dodge and there is Tyler) need significant training with respect to their customer handling skills. I have purchased several cars/trucks from David Dodge and there is really very little a customer can do when they have a bad service experience. That power dynamic changes when it’s time to buy a new car. It’s then and only then when the customer can hold the dealership accountable. I will be purchasing/leasing 3 new cars in 2023 and I will be sure to factor in my experience with David Dodge’s service department when I begin that process More

They can’t replicate the transmission issue I feel. Need to schedule another appt. Had the oil changed and tires rotated. Am annoyed that my car isn’t washed and vacuumed after each service.
