Great service and I'll continue to take my Jeep here, but Jeep/Chrysler sucks with their extended warranty approval process (can no longer use the phone for approvals, have to email, which takes days), and a Jeep/Chrysler sucks with their extended warranty approval process (can no longer use the phone for approvals, have to email, which takes days), and availability of parts. My service was held up for a week and a half because of the approval process and a backordered left rear caliper (mine was seized so I couldn't drive my Jeep). That said, my Service Partner Dan kept checking with Chrysler on the approval, came up with a plan if the approval didn't come through in 3 days, and then kept me informed on estimated delivery on the parts. Parts came in on Thursday late afternoon, and Dan got the tech to complete all remaining tasks that evening. More
