I would give the service department 0 stars if I could. I have taken my 2017 high country back three times for service work. All three times for the SAME issue, all three times I was charged. They site a different issue every time or say they can’t find a reason. I shouldn’t be charged to fix the same problems three times!! And when you ask why your charged, the service department talks in circles and can’t really answer, but make sure they won’t give you your keys until you pay them. WORST service dept out there, and yes I’m still having the issue! More

Had my Vehicle at West Herr Service 7 times for the problem and they were not able to fix it, and West Herr told me to take it to a different dealer to be looked at, well I did just that and my 6 month ordeal at West Herr has been fixed. Attempting to get my car serviced at David Buick Chevrolet was the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. I took my 2014 Buick Verano, with 31,000 miles on it, in for problems w Chevrolet was the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. I took my 2014 Buick Verano, with 31,000 miles on it, in for problems with the radio shutting on and off. They looked at it quickly and charged me $650 for a part they assumed would fix the problem I was experiencing. The part did not fix the problem, they instead made it worse. Now the blinker does not make sound, all the lights in the car shut off randomly, and the radio shuts down for extended periods of time when I drive my car. I took my car back to be examined not one more time BUT THREE more times (each time my car would come back with at least a 1/4 a tank of gas gone) and after the fourth time they finally decide to tell me that I need a new radio. Each time I went to pick my car up I was left to search the parking lot for it, and told if I couldn’t see it to “just press the alarm.” This was after they kept my car over night with out warning or even a phone call explaining the need to keep my car long than a day (the car was dropped off at 10 am). ATROCIOUS customer service. I have never experienced such and inconsiderate and unapologetic service team. I was not given a refund or an apology for any of the inconvenience. It is clear to me they do not know what they are doing. I will not be going back a fifth time. Josh and Mark, as well as their secretary, do not deserve anyone’s business. More
Always a great experience I came in to look at a new 2019 Silverado. Talked to my usual salesmen and was able to make a great deal. We also have enjoyed working with their service department as well. They are quick accurate and efficient. We have another lease ending next June and Nick will get the first look at our business then. More
Unfortunately decieved by "mistake" offer My wife and I worked out a verbal deal for a Chevy Traverse LT with Steve Palmeri Sr for a 3 year lease. We did not haggle or try to work out any sort My wife and I worked out a verbal deal for a Chevy Traverse LT with Steve Palmeri Sr for a 3 year lease. We did not haggle or try to work out any sort of deal with Steve, we told him what trim and color we liked, and he gave us a monthly quote and worked up the preliminary offer paperwork. We told Steve that we would be turning in our current car to Mazda in a few days and give us some time to think about it. We ended up test driving a couple other model cars over the last couple of days and ultimately decided we wanted to go with the Traverse. We called Steve up and he was excited to close the deal... He let us test drive the car again to make sure we were happy and sat down to do the paperwork. Steve pulled out the preliminary offer paperwork that he did a few days ago with our quote and review the numbers with us and said that he just had to have his finance manager look over the terms and we should be good to go. 5 minutes later Steve came back and told us that there was a mistake made with the quote, and that the finance manager who originally did the offer for us was on vacation... and that we aren't going to want the finance manager who was there to come out and talk to us because "it's just a bad situation"... This statement was then followed with the "correct" number which was $40 more a month than the original quote he gave us - at this point I want to remind everyone that my wife and I did not haggle with Steve at all - the original quote for the Traverse was $459 a month and he's now saying it's $499 a month. This whole experience is absolutely embarrassing for the dealership and Steve. They wasted our time, and made us feel like idiots. The original offer Steve gave us wasn't unrealistic, it appeared to be competitive as we had similar negotiated terms with other dealers for other branded cars in the same class... plus we had the GM employee discount from a family member which is supposedly worth a lot. This was a very unprofessional negotiation tactic - "we will give you an amazing quote that will get you back in the door, and then tell you the real price and try to convince you that it was a mistake made by our finance manager who is conveniently on vacation". I will never recommend David Chevrolet to any friends or families, and will share our experience when and where we can. This is why people don't trust car dealers and hate the car buying process. Instead, we will move on from Chevy and find a different car/dealer that is honest with their customers. More
