I was extremely pleased with Rich; he was extremely accomodating and did not impose any high pressure tactics. The only issue that I had with David Chevrolet was not being able to sit face to face wit accomodating and did not impose any high pressure tactics. The only issue that I had with David Chevrolet was not being able to sit face to face with the finance person while solidifying financial piece. Several steps of the process could have been eliminated (ie: how would monthly payment be affected by putting additional amount down, etc). More
