Jon Spence was very helpful and not pushy when I came in looking for a new vehicle. We came to agreement on the amount I was looking for. I may have been able to do better on the final price at another dealership however I put value in good service and people I feel I can trust. More
Leases advertised with low monthly payments in the newspaper enticed us to look into buying a new Chevy Cruze. Many local dealerships seemed to offer the same low leases. We went to other Chevy dealers, but found David Cheverolet to be the most courteous and listened to what we desired in a new car & monthly payment. With our salesman, Robert Wasinger, we were able to obtain a fair trade on our vehicle and an affordable monthly payment on a new Cruze. The experience was very positive and we would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
Ernie provided a high level of customer service during the purchase process and afterward. I will return for future purchases because of him as much as the quality of the product. As an example, a relatively minor but expensive repair problem showed up less than two weeks after purchase that Ernie had corrected quickly. He intervened and made sure that the car was repaired properly and without cost, something I greatly appreciate. Not everyone at David's was so helpful. A person identified as the used car manager was not so inclined, refusing the repair. I thought that this was just another example of a dealer being a dealer, as did a number of people I spoke with about this situation. I appreciate Ernie's efforts to make the situation right. I informed those to whom I had spoken of his willingness to intervene so that they would know the situation was handled well. Ernie is an excellent sales person. If I scored based on the refusal to repair a mechanical problem so soon after purchase, the scores would be much lower. The car, a LeSabre, is a fine vehicle worth very low miles on the odometer. The decision to purchase this car was the right one. I hope that Buick brings the LeSable back. That would be a good business decision. Thank you. More

They day I went to the dealership I looked at several used cars, all the same make and model. One of the vehicles was "Certified" the other was not. I chose the vehicle that was not "Certified" and was used cars, all the same make and model. One of the vehicles was "Certified" the other was not. I chose the vehicle that was not "Certified" and was told my by salesman that the vehicle could be certified for me, and would be done by the time I pick up the vehicle. The only reason I cared whether or not the vehicle was certified was due to the better warranty that came with the car being certified. He made it sound very simple, and did not tell me there was any cost. Upon pickup of the vehicle I asked if it was certified, as I was told it would be, and his answer was no because I obtained my own financing and I financed only enough to cover the cost of the vehicle. He also did not tell me this until after I starting signing paperwork. This upset me, but not enough to end the transaction, so I continued with the deal. I purchased my vehicle 3 weeks ago and have been called by the dealership numerous times to send them paperwork that they should have asked for while I was there signing the contract. I went there with all required paperwork, however, since they did not do their job properly that day I have been annoyed and inconvenienced having to return phone calls and constantly send documents. I am still driving around with my temporary registration sticker because they did not notify me until today, three weeks after completing the purchase, that they failed to obtain my previous registration information and could not process my new registration. Here I thought this was all taken care of and I was waiting for my new sticker in the mail. All in all, I feel that I was deceived when I was told my vehicle would be certified and it in fact was not. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealer and would not recommend them to anyone either. More

I am a "repeat" customer of David's Chevrolet. I went to David's to just look at used and new cars. I had an idea of what I was looking for, and I asked to work with Ernie. I had worked with Mr. Fadel when I bought my 09' Malibu, and liked how I was treated. I felt comfortable working with him, as he listened to my needs of what I wanted in a vehicle. He also treated me with respect as a informed consumer. I would highly recommend Ernie Fadel and David's Chevrolet to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle. I found a Truck online and drove over 50 miles to Niagara Falls to look at it. After test driving and talking to the salesman, a deal was reached and I was buying the truck. I would have liked to get more money on my trade in but there were a couple things that needed attention on the vehicle and I was glad to get into something new and better. I picked it up the next day and the dealership and salesman were very accomadating to my schedule as I suddenly showed up an hour and a half early due to scheduling conflicts on my part. More
