I was ready to turn in my Toyota lease and had been to many dealerships over the last 2 weeks! Price was important but so was the actual vehicle! The balance had to be there! Ernie also went out of his way many times to accomodate my wishes and he has done several follow-ups since itook possession of the vehicle! I stopped in David Chevrolet Buick looking at 2013 Equinox's. I have been to several dealers and no one gave me the customer service I was looking for. I didn't receive any good deals. But when I went to David Chevrolet, Robert came out to assist me. He was very nice not pushy. I told him exactly what I wanted and told him I wanted the best deal and had been to other dealers and was not satisfied. He told me he would do the best he could for me. We took a test drive in an Equinox I loved it. He worked out the best deal for me my Chevy discount my trade in the rebate which I was so satisfied that I told him you have a sale. your finance dept was wonderful also...the entire staff treated me with the best customer service that I have been given in any dealership. I also told Robert I didn't want the Equinox in white on the lot as it had more miles than I wanted in a new vehicle, I decided to settle with a silver one instead of white, the very next day Robert called me at work told me a brand new white Equinox came off the truck asked me if I wanted that one (knowing I wanted white to begin with). I was so excited, as he knew I wanted a white equinox and called me. That was the best thing Robert did for me made me feel important knowing I wanted white. Robert also went through the entire vehicle with me showed me where everything was and even set me up with onstar. Robert also made a courtesy call to me a few days after my purchase to make sure everything was running well and if I had any questions ever never hesitate to call him. I so appreciated that phone call. All I have to say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
