I had been searching for a car since August of last year and was vey apprehensive about the whole process. When I eventually came in I was extremely fortunate to be paired with Jordan From the first minut and was vey apprehensive about the whole process. When I eventually came in I was extremely fortunate to be paired with Jordan From the first minute I met him I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands Never once did I feel pressured, and even after a week of asking/test driving and grilling him about cars he never once made me feel as though I was putting him out. I felt as though he truly wanted to find the best car for me I want to thank him for being so patient and finding the perfect car for me Additionally, Joe in the finance department was equally patient and really wanted to work to find out what worked best for me. Again I never felt as though I was asking naive questions or taking up too much of his time. Overall is was a great experience and will most definitely be recommending you in the future. I have called many times and asked if I could look at a yukon and they said it was being driven by someone who just bought a different vehicle, and it wasn't on the lot. I asked if their is anyway for them yukon and they said it was being driven by someone who just bought a different vehicle, and it wasn't on the lot. I asked if their is anyway for them to get it on the lot so I can test drive it. I live 1.5 hours away and was willing to come over to look at it. They never returned my call and husband even called and wouldn't return his call either. Then he did call and asked for general manager and someone hung up on him before he got to talk to the GM. Never had such bad service or communication. Evidently they didn't want to make a sale. More

Worst dealership. Has over $7,000 in needed repairs. Mgr Josh Whipple said to me: "I would love to repair your vehicle so I never have to talk to you again". But refused to fix it. He should be fired for saying it. They purposely kept my vehicle over 2 months so they wouldn't have to fix it at their expense. And instead of doing anything they keep giving me the runaround. Can't find the inspection report because of a building move. My vehicle has a leaking water pump, harmonic balancer that is ready to fall off, oil leak, power steering leak, differential leak, strut leak...It was inspected by more than one tech and ALL said it is safe to drive. And you cannot tell me that an ASE tech would have missed it. They also said there is a transmission slip issue that they refuse to fix. This is NOT safe to drive. Employees ignore you even the owner, Pat Mcgrath and Gavin Mcgrath. As I never received a call back or response. They sell crap vehicles that look good but do not run good. I have only had my vehicle 3 months and out of that 3 months, I only drove it for total of 35 days. They ran my credit 8 times telling me only was approved by one lender. That was a lie. I called some of the lenders and they said the offer expired due to dealership didn't send over paperwork. They went with the lender with the highest interest rate so they get more out of the pie. My credit score was over 750 and they pulled this crap. When they pulled my credit they continued to do so with other lenders even after finding the one I was approved with. Safe yourself money, time, and hassle, go somewhere else. Do not buy from ANY McGrath Auto locations. They do not care about their customers. They are in a hurry to sell a vehicle, get your money and get you out of there before you realize you were ripped off. More

I was NOT happy with my daughter’s or my experience with this dealership. Tried to sell my daughter a crap Honda car that smelled like a cat pee! Rude and for the record no one realizes we have cats until they see them because we don’t have a house that smells like that horrible car did!!! So I give you a Negative five!!!
