Worst dealership. Has over $7,000 in needed repairs. Mgr Josh Whipple said to me: "I would love to repair your vehicle so I never have to talk to you again". But refused to fix it. He should be fired for saying it. They purposely kept my vehicle over 2 months so they wouldn't have to fix it at their expense. And instead of doing anything they keep giving me the runaround. Can't find the inspection report because of a building move. My vehicle has a leaking water pump, harmonic balancer that is ready to fall off, oil leak, power steering leak, differential leak, strut leak...It was inspected by more than one tech and ALL said it is safe to drive. And you cannot tell me that an ASE tech would have missed it. They also said there is a transmission slip issue that they refuse to fix. This is NOT safe to drive. Employees ignore you even the owner, Pat Mcgrath and Gavin Mcgrath. As I never received a call back or response. They sell crap vehicles that look good but do not run good. I have only had my vehicle 3 months and out of that 3 months, I only drove it for total of 35 days. They ran my credit 8 times telling me only was approved by one lender. That was a lie. I called some of the lenders and they said the offer expired due to dealership didn't send over paperwork. They went with the lender with the highest interest rate so they get more out of the pie. My credit score was over 750 and they pulled this crap. When they pulled my credit they continued to do so with other lenders even after finding the one I was approved with. Safe yourself money, time, and hassle, go somewhere else. Do not buy from ANY McGrath Auto locations. They do not care about their customers. They are in a hurry to sell a vehicle, get your money and get you out of there before you realize you were ripped off. More

I was NOT happy with my daughter’s or my experience with this dealership. Tried to sell my daughter a crap Honda car that smelled like a cat pee! When buying the wouldn’t give me a car fax but reassured my vehicle had no body issue or had been in a accident. They said if it had they would fix it they lied!! Just recently I noticed some rust an beings my car is under 5years old I took it to green Chevy because of the paint warranty. While there I learned the door panel was patched up an filled an had been hit... giving the benefit of the doubt I took it too 3other shops all of them said the same. So the same day I took it back to used superstore an the gm informs me they knew nothing however everyone else said if they detailed they would have noticed immediately an that there not going to fix it an basically screw off in my opinion. Previously to that I had my vehicle there over 2weeks in the first month due to the same break issue I finally gave them a deadline to fix it so they sent it to mills because they couldn’t get the job done. McGrath Chevy horrible an used car superstore don’t do business with them buyer beware! More
