I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and arrived 5 minutes prior to that, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for the service manager to conclude a phone call. The other service tech told me I could go to the waiting area. My car sat until 3:36 before even going for service. This was a routine oil change and tire rotation. My car was ready at 4:45. One hour & 45 minutes WITH an appointment seems extreme. No one ever came to update or apologize for the delay. More
