Excellent First Service Visit I have a new CRV & took it in for my first service visit. Drove right up to the door to the service dept door as instructed by my salesman Gene Langle I have a new CRV & took it in for my first service visit. Drove right up to the door to the service dept door as instructed by my salesman Gene Langley upon purchasing the CRV in Dec. & the door opened right up where I could drive in & never be exposed to the elements of the weather. The receptionist introduced herself & the service advisor since it was my 1st time. She showed me to the waiting area which the salesman had shown me as well upon purchase. I found the waiting area to be well appointed, comfortable, & clean. Every employee that came by while I was waiting including the owner spoke or acknowledged me in someway while in the waiting area. Service was quick as I did not wait very long. When my vehicle was ready Vivian came in & went over my service visit and I was on my way. The service was quick, professional yet friendly. The drive in service dept is a great asset in the event it is raining, etc. The service area where the vehicles were being worked on looked spotless as well. I look forward to getting my vehicle serviced here and would recommend to others. There is a Honda dealer in my hometown but am willing to drive approx.45 minutes to Davenport. More
