Managed an ordering problem and an upset customer well. On the latter, I went out one morning and the battery was dead. Called Mike to complain that a new car should not have such a flaw. He immediately came out the 30 miles to our place with a loaner and a charging packet. He quickly found that we had inadvertently turned on the rear door light on as we were loading bulky stuff. Didn't know there was such a switch. I was chagrined. Mike was understanding. Very friendly fellow. More
