If there is a possibility to give no star I will go for that option. This dealership is involved in scamming people. From the sales manager Marc, Tim, and Nigel they don’t care about giving an accurate or that option. This dealership is involved in scamming people. From the sales manager Marc, Tim, and Nigel they don’t care about giving an accurate or sufficient answers to customers questions. They are all liars and they are good at ripping off Africans. The manager Marc, will say they don’t do return which is a big lie because when you check their return policy it clearly stated they do accept return. The manager will accused you the customer of FRAUD after their sales man Nigel has kept off necessary information towards the car deal. You the customer will explain your needs to Nigel, but due to their scamming techniques and lack of decency towards customers, he will never mention the important things when doing the paperwork. He only cares about the money not the customers. When you the customers will ask a question about a part of the documentation you don’t understand, they will never explain to you and they will just tell you to just sign. Dave Wright will sell you a car that is very dirty. Please my African community stay away from Dave Wright they are good at scamming Africans and they will accuse you of fraud when you want to speak up for yourself. They will lie about their policy and when you asked to speak to higher ups they will never give you the right to talk to one because of they don’t want higher ups to know about the scamming games. I think the BBB should investigate into them because they are not serving towards equal race and you get treated low once they realized you have a strange accent. If you are dealing with Dave Wright please record all conversations so you can use it in the court of law to provide better evidence for yourself. STAY AWAY from Dave Wright. More
Service experience at Dave Wright Subaru was very disappointing. Asked for an Oil Change and Rear Tail Light to be replaced, due to multiple failures. They completed a 60K service for $1100 and re disappointing. Asked for an Oil Change and Rear Tail Light to be replaced, due to multiple failures. They completed a 60K service for $1100 and replaced a bulb in the tail light without further troubleshooting. No indication was made on the cost of the service, until I picked it up. When the Tail Light burns out again, I will take my vehicle to a more qualified mechanic to troubleshoot and solve the issue I have been having since I bought the car new. More

I've owned our new Forester for about six months. I am satisfied with the car so far. I've had my new Subaru for 6 months now, and I am still in love with it. I walked into Dave's place one afternoon in August and drove out with the car I wanted that day. The process was made easy bu the excellent staff and support people under the direction of the Sales Consultant Kevin Carter. Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We talked over some alternatives, but I knew pretty much what I wanted, and so got the 2020 Impreza 5 door car that fit both my needs and my aesthetics. I've had the opportunity to make use of the service department a couple of times since the purchase. They also are extremely helpful, knowledgable, and effecient. After a minor parking lot fender bender (yes, in my Brand New Car!) there was a "noise" that they correctly diagnosed and fixed in good time, professionally and friendlly, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I always wait for my car there, and the waiting area is comfortable, very clean, efficiently socially distanted, and the coffee is really good! I would recommend the dealership, the salesman, the service department, and the Subarus any time, and plan, in another 12-15 years, (that's how long my last Subaru lasted) to return to Dave Wright's Subaru dealership for my next Subaru. More

This is the first car I purchased at Dave Wright Subaru and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We were asked what we wanted in our vehicle and our preferences were matched perfectly.
