Very disappointed in the honesty of this dealership. I took my vehicle in for a oil change, tire rotation and a recall update. I was told my tires were rotated and charged, however they were not. I had a photo of paint on a side wall and the tire was still in the same spot. They over filled my tires by 10 pounds each. They were at the correct pounds when it was brought in. I left several voivemails and text to return my call. Took them 4 days. No explanation for this lies and shotty work performed, just that the Senior Master Tech that worked on my vehicle was off and they didn't know why. Be very cautious on what you are paying for and what you are getting. Most people wouldn't even realized this. More

Recently I went to Dave Wright to turn in my 3 Nissan Murano. I did not know if I wanted another SUV, but it had been 15 years since I had driven a car. Dave Write and Jacob Peters were awesome! We bought a 2010 Toyota Rav4 a few months ago and only had many issues with this vehicle. When I lived in Iowa, I brought the car into their service center 3x and I as well as my family who was with me were told nothing was wrong with this vehicle. Here we are now transmission went out,axel was rotted and needed fixed,rear differential was leaking and needed fixed,now it is not running and has a bad alternator and we are stuck paying $15000 for a nonworking car and in debt for nothing and this place gives us the run around and wont help us nor answer our calls and so STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE CROOKS. Negative Experience My experience here was terrible. I bought a used car from Dave Wright at the end of October and it has been a nightmare ever since. I had scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle so the salesman knew ahead of time that I was coming and could have everything prepared and ready to go and he still didn't have anything prepared so I had to sit and wait an hour anyway. The used car I purchased needed a repair which was agreed to be fixed before I received it as stated in our purchase agreement. I was told repeatedly that it would be done in a week to 10 days by the salesman who sold me the car. He never verified with the people doing the repair because after contacting them directly I was told it would be at least two more weeks from the day I contacted them. Communication has been HORRIBLE throughout the entire process and I still have not received the vehicle. The sales team also tried to hide the fact that they were purchasing a used part to be put into my car after I was quoted the price of a new one and left to believe that's what I was getting. I was also told that I would be able to pick up my vehicle last week and even had set up an appointment to do so, only for the salesman to text me an hour before to cancel our appointment because the car still wasn't done.
