My service writer was great. He explained everything well. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My only complaint was within 10 of leaving my low pressure indicator came on. When rotating my t well. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My only complaint was within 10 of leaving my low pressure indicator came on. When rotating my tires the service tech did not adjust the tire pressures. My rear tires are supposed to be at 75 while my front tires are supposed to be at 60. It was just the opposite so the truck thought the rear tires were low. I adjusted the air pressure myself and all was good. I feel that adjusting and checking the tire pressure should be part of the oil change tire rotation service. More

Just in for an oil change this trip. It was done efficiently and relatively quickly. Dave White Service is not your 10-minute oil change joint, so it takes them longer. They make sure the work is do efficiently and relatively quickly. Dave White Service is not your 10-minute oil change joint, so it takes them longer. In my experience I was waiting first because the clerks seemed to think I was with the lady at the counter though I was 6 feet behind her. I stated I was a walk in for oil change the girl seem to want to b seemed to think I was with the lady at the counter though I was 6 feet behind her. I stated I was a walk in for oil change the girl seem to want to be discourage me, said well we are busy. I saw no cars in the garage. I said I don’t mind waiting how long? she said well it could be 1 to 1 and a half. From start to finish. I said that’s fine I don’t mind waiting. I wanted one thing checked also but I felt rushed and she was gone already. At cashier I asked to check my balance of 4 courtesy services. She said u only get 2. I said I know I had 4. She said no. Annoyed she checked, I did have 4. Used them so paid $66 for oil change. Would have went to Tireman. More

5 stars for service center - Matt Kwiatkowski is the best! I always work with Matt on any service my vehicles need. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off because I'm a woman. I trust Matt with my vehicle service needs completely! 1 star for sales services on Silverado truck we just bought. This is our second purchase from Dave White. We agreed on a price for a truck but when our salesman went to make arrangements for it's delivery it was already sold. Took a couple days for him to locate a similar truck for us. Told us it would only be $4 more than what we had previously agreed to. We were ok with that. A few days later when the truck was delivered and the spray bed was taken care of we went in and completed all the paperwork. I thought the final monthly payment was a bit higher than planned so when I got home and compared the paperwork from the initial truck we wanted and the one we ended up with, $1500 worth or 'rebates' were not included on the truck we ended up with. Granted, ultimately it was my responsibility to have caught that but I think it is a bit disingenuous to not to have included all the rebates we thought we should have gotten. More
