Dave White Chevrolet - Service Center

This is the first time I have had issues with Dave White service and I have been using them for many years. My normal service advisor was out and I had to call on three consecutive days to get any answers service and I have been using them for many years. Whoever they sent me too was either going to call me back and didn't, or had bad information. Once I dropped my car for service before 8:00 am I was told it would be "about 4 hours" and that the shuttle driver could come pick me up and take me back to get it. I started receiving text messages to check the status of my service. which I had never received before. When I clicked the link it showed my bars was invoiced at 1:19 pm. I tried to call and make sure it was done, and got two people that couldn't give me an answer. Finally at about 3:30 I was able to get an answer that my car was done, but that the shuttle driver was stuck in traffic. I managed to arrange my own ride, and get the car picked up. The lack of ease on getting someone on the phone to help was frustrating, compounded by being without a car for hours longer than anticipated when I had things I needed to take care of prior to going out of town the following day. Once I got the car picked up I had multiple warning lights pop up and then go away for a repair that I had done about a year ago. This is not the first time I have had these warnings (basically the entire dashboard lit up), but since they go away after a few minutes I was told that there is nothing that can be done until they come on and stay on. The entire experiance was very professionally handled from start to finish. I am very pleased with the results of the repair. I had my vehicle in for a bad tire. The problem started just 12 days after I drove it off the lot. Then, again, 15 days after that. Since my vehicle was a dealer demo with a little over 2,500 miles when just 12 days after I drove it off the lot. Then, again, 15 days after that.
