If I could I would give negative stars.I took my truck in for service and they refused to fix anything under warranty. i called dealership to have someone look at my 2016 equinox. there was occasional vibration or bucking when under acceleration from a stop. an appointment was made for appox a week out. i was told i equinox. there was occasional vibration or bucking when under acceleration from a stop. an appointment was made for appox a week out. i was told i had to leave vehicle and to get there early to give them time and to be able to catch shuttle back home. i was there close to 7:30 am. i called at 3:30 pm to see if any headway was being made because i had a chance to get a ride to dealership at around 4:15. i was told they hadn't gotten to it. i would need to leave overnight. i called next day at 2:30 pm. nothing had been done at that point. i told them to forget it if nothing had been done and i would pick up around 4:30. if they didn't have time to at least look at it, the appointment for a week away shouldn't have been made.
