I was unable to get help or followup courtesy call back from the service department here. In my opinion it is everything you would hope wouldn’t happen. In other words I didn’t have my vehicle serviced her from the service department here. In my opinion it is everything you would hope wouldn’t happen. They seem very short staffed, disorganized, and lack coordinated team work. Lack accountability. I gave 1 star as 0 star is not an option. More

Was in the shop twice. Both times they provided transportation to work. Alway courteous and informative. First time got a faulty part, no fault of the dealership, 2nd time everything was good.
