Usually they're pretty good. Today I'd give a little bit lower rating. Went in for an oil change. Stood around for a few minutes before getting a "Hello". The receipt said they did the 21 point inspection. Didn't get paperwork on that like I have in the past. They usually give you papers to show what they checked and what may need attention in the future. They also used to rinse off the car before they returned. It. Just a small bonus. My worst nightmare was seeing a light on the dash of my new Tahoe….. I was called that day and informed that it was an easy fix that was covered under warranty, the part was readily available and I was able to receive my repaired Tahoe within a few days. As always customer service is great. Frustrated with the fact that my car was in the service department for 2 days and I picked it up having the same issues as I did before dropping it o Frustrated with the fact that my car was in the service department for 2 days and I picked it up having the same issues as I did before dropping it off. The following night my vehicle didn't start and I had to call AAA because my new battery was dead. I am fully aware that car problems are not always an easy fix but frustrated that my vehicle spent most of its time parked in the parking lot than actually being serviced. More
