My recent experience was awful. Very poor customer service, management did not return phone calls. Estimation for repairs was was way under promised. Refund expense for rental was promised and not yet received. I will not be using their services in the future. More

I kept telling the guy that checks you in that my Freon was low in my 2017 Tahoe because there was a leak. the service guy kept telling me no they just didn't put freon in your truck. I told the service guy it probably leaked out but he did not believe me. so I took my Tahoe to another mechanic shop and told them to put freon in it and it all leaked out and cost me $300 $350. it is just b******* that you tell someone something is wrong with your car and they don't believe you because they're idiots so now I have to take my Tahoe back to Dave White after they already charged me a diagnostics fee get charged again for them to find out where my free on leak is so in total I am already out about $450 cuz they did not want to listen to me. More
