Dave White Chevrolet - Service Center

I have been a Dave White customer since 1985. I buy all of my automobiles there and have 100% of my service word performed at Dave White’s. My most recent service a defective battery that was ins I buy all of my automobiles there and have 100% of my service word performed at Dave White’s. My most recent service a defective battery that was installed in my Corvette in April of this year. The problem was diagnosed, new battery installed, all covered under battery warranty and no cost to me. I would not take my Corvettes anywhere else for service. Service writer Kyle Ganues is the absolute best. Thank you Kyle and technician Eric for for everything you do. You guys are the best in the business. More

We dropped our truck off as a night drop. We heard absolutely nothing the next day. Called to check on progress and were told they’d call. Still eating for that call and it’s been three days. We did call to see if we could pick the truck up and we did. There was no paperwork anywhere about what was found or done. Called the next day and no one could tell us anything at all about what they did or didn’t do besides drive it. The problem is still there. We have no idea what’s going on. Maybe we’ll get a call tomorrow, and maybe not. But we absolutely and definitely do not recommend the lack or service department here. Horrible business practice and no customer service. More

The service department seems very honest! I’ve never had an issue with them on either of my vehicles. I prefer to go to them for all of my vehicle issues including oil changes.
