Sat on our vehicle for nearly 2 weeks with no communication. I had to call multiple times a day for several days to get a response, including one day where the service manager refused to contact communication. I had to call multiple times a day for several days to get a response, including one day where the service manager refused to contact us back. Finally at 13 days and many calls, they took it for a test drive and put it on the computer and told us the transmission was shot and we would need a completely new transmission. But their heavy lift was down and they couldn't do the replacement. We took it to an independent shop and less then 5 minutes and they had the truck going again without a new transmission. It was only the transmission control module which was bad. We informed the original dealership of the trouble code that told them this, and you would think they would have gotten the same results and not claimed it needed a whole new transmission, which they couldn't even provide. Their service level has been declining for years, even before the pandemic. More

The car was repaired perfectly we were very very happy with the repair. However it was a very small dent in the rear quarter panel. We waited a long time and took our car to the dealer when they said and with the repair. However it was a very small dent in the rear quarter panel. We waited a long time and took our car to the dealer when they said and they ordered a part which came in right away, but they put another car ahead of ours and we had to take our car home and wait another month. The part had come in right away and we didn’t have to wait for the part. No one ever explained to us how we got moved from the head of the line to the back of The line. Our car was damaged on May 4 and we did not get our car back until September 8. Don’t you think this is a long time to fix a dent. And don’t you think when someone is in line and their time has come and you put them at the end of the line that there should be an explanation. More
