Our equinox was delivered and apparently a refrigerant issue had been noticed. Drove vehicle home week later tried to use AC did not cool vehicle. Scheduled appointment to fix, supposedly fixed the proble issue had been noticed. Drove vehicle home week later tried to use AC did not cool vehicle. Scheduled appointment to fix, supposedly fixed the problem. Problem was not fixed. Have another appointment scheduled to fix we hope. Just disappointed after waiting so long to get our car for it to have issues already is unfortunate. More

Took my car to have it fixed it only had one issue ,besides the notification on the dash my car was running perfect..they called me telling me I had other issues that I know for sure I wasnt having an ,besides the notification on the dash my car was running perfect..they called me telling me I had other issues that I know for sure I wasnt having any problems with at all ,so I had them fix just the one thing that was wrong that I knew needed fixed . They wanted to charge me 4900 for all these things .but i declined .so they fixed the one problem i was having ,but instantly leaving the shop my car now is running really poor and stalling ,which it never stalled or ran poorly before just had a notification on the dash .I'm telling you my car was running great just the one thing needed addressed. So now after leaving the shop it s running very bad and even stalling out. So after investigating I find that a couple of the things they said are wrong like my altenator and mind you I hadn't had anything on the dash but the one thing saying ac off due to high engine temp which was the thermostat that they changed. I told them no on the altenator and catylac converter because I have a diagnostic machine and I had no other issues at all no problem with it stalling or anything at all. Ran perfect. But suddenly leaving the shop now its saying battery charging system on dash car is stalling running really rough .so I change the alternator myself and put cleaner in my tank car seems to run better. But still not running right so I'm taking it somewhere else hopefully the next place doesn't sabotage it even more. I really feel they sabotaged parts on my car .my car didnt have any of these problems until it spent 3 days at dave white Chevrolet on alexis road. I dont recommend anyone to trust them. I just want everyone to know so you can at least be aware! Get other professional opinions, dont just take their word. More
