My salesman, Darrell was amazing, have purchased numerous vehicles from him and would love to continue, unfortunately that’s where the quality of this dealership stops. Bought my truck here and it was missin vehicles from him and would love to continue, unfortunately that’s where the quality of this dealership stops. Bought my truck here and it was missing the chip (common issue) my engine started misfiring, this is not common and I took it there from Tennessee, had to get a rental car during this fix. I asked to be reimbursed and this is where my issues began, it took two months to get paid back, not to mention could never get anyone to answer my questions, and pretty much had to beg them to pay me back. More issues to come. My chip finally comes in (or so they say), keep in mind I live in Tennessee, they schedule the appointment for December 22nd. My wife drops my truck off and they tell her it will be at least two hours so she has my daughter pick her up. She gets a call three hours later and they say, sorry the truck won’t be done because we don’t have the part. Why the xxxx would you schedule the appointment without the part, it had already been 9 months!! They proceeded to tell her they would call the following day to let her know if they get it. I get back from Tennessee and the following morning they call saying the part isn’t in. Irate I speak to the service manager and somehow they come up with the part. When I go to pick up my truck there is a huge gouge in my paint on my drivers side door. No one mentioned a thing until I ask what the xxxx is this? Oh, so and so slipped and scratched it. SMH. Tried to reach out to Joe Mehling but of course no return call. Seems to be the narrative for good ole Dave White. Beware, the sales team is awesome but every other aspect of this dealership is subpar at best. More

No matter what the issue is you have to bring it in twice. The “techs” will say it’s either normal or they can’t find the issue. Then the issue persists, you bring it back and it’s magically found. Then when they actually do “fix” it they go against their own suggestions and do a poor job at fixing it. Don’t waste you’re time here. More

The service department is not very responsive and horrible at scheduling. Made an appointment and described the specific transmission issue (Torque Converter Shudder) and the vehicle sat there for d horrible at scheduling. Once he was available I brought it back and he confirmed my diagnosis and there were no parts available. Waited a month and called asking about the part and was told it's still on back order.......... it miraculously showed up a couple days later. I made another appointment and was very specific and made sure the "transmission guy" was available. After it was there for a few days I called and they said they were waiting on parts again? The converter swap was a 4.5 hour billable warranty job that I know doesn't take that long. Parts showed up a couple days later and then the next day I was told to pick up my vehicle. The whole ordeal took WAAAAYYY longer than it should have! More
