I had new breaks placed at Dave White. My car has been back multiple times due to the breaks squeaking and at time, grinding. They replaced one set and twice “re-greeced” them. After the last visit, I asked for a call back since the advisor helping me had to leave early that day. I did not receive a call back and issue still persists. The customer service has been great, but the service on my vehicle has me upset. I don’t like driving around in a vehicle wondering if something is going to happen because my breaks are not good. :( More

The service team has always been very helpful. Work generally has been completed as planned, couple minor exceptions which I believe were more parts related, not the service teams fault.
