Took our 2016 Silverado with just over 28,000 miles on it to a local service station for engine light three times cost me 800 and change decided to take it to Dave White. I made an appointment to bring my truck in for service. When I brought my truck in it was like they didn't know why I was bringing it in even though I had told them on the phone when I made the appointment When I brought my truck in it was like they didn't know why I was bringing it in even though I had told them on the phone when I made the appointment. I tried to explaine the issue to the service writer but he wasn't getting it. I told him there was a long story involved that may help to shed some light on the situation but I wanted to tell more than just one person because inevitably they would forget or wouldn't pass it along so he brought out his manager. At that point I tried to explain the situation to the manager but the service writer just walked away so it was still only one person that knew what was going on. I thought that by having an appointment that it meant that my truck would be getting worked on at least within a day or 2 . When I called a couple of days later to find out where things stood I was told that the tech had 2 other vehicles to finish before he would get to it. It took almost a week before they even looked at it. There was an issue with the trailer lighting due to a previous accident and I wanted to get the repair run through the insurance claim. I also had told the service writer when I dropped off the truck that I wanted the engine compartment looked over by a tech to make sure everything was in good order because of it having been in an accident recently. The service writer at Dave White really didn't seem to care what I had been through already with the truck and didn't seem to want to help me get it run through the insurance. I had to do It myself. I called about the truck a couple of times and was told that I would get a call back and never did. When I finally did talk to the service writer he denied ever telling me that he would call me back. When I picked up the truck there was no apology for it taking so long and no mention of having anyone look at the truck like I had asked. At no point did I ever feel like my concerns were being addressed or that anyone at the service department really cared. More

Oil change and tire rotation ok. Was told that my battery CCA was very low. Took car to battery shop and had battery tested. I just don't know if I can trust Dave White in the future. More
