Doesn't treat the customer like a priority I bought my Silverado from them 3 months ago and before picking it up onstar report showed tire level low. It was at 15lbs! dealer added air. now 3 ti I bought my Silverado from them 3 months ago and before picking it up onstar report showed tire level low. It was at 15lbs! dealer added air. now 3 times later I've added. So i came down there to get my still not received title and drive in to service dept to have them look at it. I get out of my truck and 6 service people behind the counter and only 1 was waiting on someone. Not a greeting or a can i help you till several minutes of standing in front of the counter. I told them what was going on and they wrote it up and took my number in case i wasn't in the waiting room. Over an hour later i get a phone call, they never came into the waiting area to tell me it was ready like they said. So i go back to the service adviser area and stand and wait again until the blond service adviser was done eating her candy bar, before she asked to help. She then sent me to the cashier for my keys. Went to the cashier and had to wait, and wait, and wait...until another adviser comes over to tell me he had the keys and i was all set. less than a week later and losing air again. They sprayed stuff on it and said no leak. Well obviously there is, having put air in it 3 times. Wouldnt you think they would have taken it off the wheel and re-mounted it, replaced the valve stem or something? Anyways, they reset my oil monitor for some odd reason too!? Back to the dealer next week! More

Was in for routine oil-change maintenance and an air filter replacement.
