Kyle, my service advisor, ordered the part so it was there when I arrived. Instead of replacing the entire unit that would have involved going inside, taking down the headlining, the technician was able the drill out the piece that was left and put the new antenna in place. A wonderful outcome! Thank you to Kyle and technicians. More
