Dropped my vehicle off at night after a significant suspension break. The next morning Kyle had it diagnosed then communicated the issue, cost and time to repair. Dealership failed to run my card for the down payment. Then, salesman proceeded to call my phone multiple times, then my spouses phone multiple times.
