Horrible communication and to tell me three months ago that my 2019 Silverado was to have a shutter and a neck jerking clunk and that it's normal for an 8 speed. I dropped my car off at 8 AM, I called multiple times to get an update. I never heard from anyone until 430 for them to tell me they could not uncover what was wrong with my car. I have been a Dave White customer since 1985. I buy all of my automobiles there and have 100% of my service word performed at Dave White’s. My most recent service a defective battery that was ins I buy all of my automobiles there and have 100% of my service word performed at Dave White’s. My most recent service a defective battery that was installed in my Corvette in April of this year. The problem was diagnosed, new battery installed, all covered under battery warranty and no cost to me. I would not take my Corvettes anywhere else for service.
