Poor communication. Over priced service. Friendly, but low standards. I have been a customer for many years and have watched as the service has gone down. Dropped a c Over priced service. Dropped a car off for diagnostics, was told we will be notified in roughly an hour or so. Before we know it the whole work day passes and they close the garage without telling us. Luckily we have a secondary vehicle and could get away without it the next morning, which was a Tuesday work day. I guess it’s bad when you meet a service worker in public and the first thing they ask is “did we mess up your car?” After telling him I use their garage. More

Chronic repetitive problem. Car in shop 4 times now at a cost of $1600-1700 from Dave White. Yet, may not be repaired, time will tell. I hope you have solved this.
