Sometime ago I had a problem with my car. I was fortunate to be helped by Service Advisor Racquel Hossler. I retained her business card. When I recently had a related issue, I called her. I was fortunate to be helped by Service Advisor Racquel Hossler. I retained her business card. When I recently had a related issue, I called her. My problem forced me to have the car towed in on Monday. As luck would have it, I had previously scheduled out patient surgery on Wednesday, and a PET test the next day. I was without transportation. Ms Hossler obtained a courtesy car rental for me on Tuesday. I was able to make both medical appointments while my car was being serviced. As with my first dealership visit, Ms Hossler worked diligently to solve my car problem. I am very grateful for the way I was treated at a very stressful time for me. A special thanks to Ms Hossler and to Dave White Chevrolet for having such a caring employee. More
