Great sales, awful service dept Had a great experience with the purchase. I am having issues with the heater. Contacted Mr. Dunphry to find us a red 2011 new Equinox. He looked for a couple days and called back and said there were none to be found. End of conversation. Two days later we got a call from Craig Viers He looked for a couple days and called back and said there were none to be found. End of conversation. Two days later we got a call from Craig Viers at Randy Wise Chevrolet in Milan, Michigan and they had found us one in Columbus, Ohio. Two days later we paid for it and picked it up from Milan and drove away a happy customer. Seems that the Ohio dealership should have known more about the Ohio stock than a Michigan one, but oh well. We found what we wanted. More
