My service writer was great. He explained everything well. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My only complaint was within 10 of leaving my low pressure indicator came on. When rotating my tires the service tech did not adjust the tire pressures. My rear tires are supposed to be at 75 while my front tires are supposed to be at 60. It was just the opposite so the truck thought the rear tires were low. I adjusted the air pressure myself and all was good. I feel that adjusting and checking the tire pressure should be part of the oil change tire rotation service. More
