Took my TLX in for its 105000 mile maintenance and a recall and I felt my car was in good hands. Provided a very nice loaner and was updated regularly by Stevie. After extensive repairs my vehicle felt recall and I felt my car was in good hands. Provided a very nice loaner and was updated regularly by Stevie. I am a long time Dave White Customer. I am on my fourth Acura from there. I stayed with Dave White because of their service department. However, as of late I have found the service depart I am on my fourth Acura from there. I stayed with Dave White because of their service department. However, as of late I have found the service department to have become more business oriented rather than customer oriented. I used to walk in and everybody would say hi, smile, chat for a second ask questions about the car and made me feel at home. This last visit I felt like I was a customer who just happened to need their services. I miss the warms the camaraderie and caring atmosphere that was once there when I go looking for a new car , I won’t feel that I have to stick with Acura because of my love for the service department More
