Tires needed changing, none in stock Made an online appointment for an oil change and tire change (clearly stated in the appointment notes and made about 1 month in advance). Came from an hour away so I wanted to get everything done in one visit. When I arrived they did not have the tires in stock so the oil change was done but I had to make another appointment in 2 weeks. So another day trip to Toledo that I wouldn't have needed. More
